Day 2 play at the 2007 Aruba Poker Classic is already underway at the Aruba Radisson Resort, and Bodog poker pro Evelyn Ng is in the field looking to be one of the few left standing by the end of the day.
There are still 246 players remaining in the tournament after two flights of Day 1, and they will now all be combined into one space to complete Day 2.
The current chip leader, Tony Pitaoulis, will be joined by Bodog regular Jose "papadelpoker" De La Guardia, Robert Williamson III, WSOP Europe champ Annette "Annette_15" Obrestad, Joe Reitman, Mike Matusow, "Miami" John Cernuto, Freddy Deeb and JJ Liu.
Not making it through Day 1B were Bodog poker pro David Williams, Jon "pearlJammer" Turner, Shannon Shorr and Jim "KrazyKanuck" Worth.
The next stop for Williams will be the WPT Spanish Championship in Barcelona. The plan is to get down to either 36 players or play until 2:00 AM, whichever comes first. Our hunch is that the time limit will hit before 210 players are eliminated, but stranger things have happened.
